免费加拿大移民咨询

Dear friends from t66y.com,

It is my pleasure to contribute to this fantastic community. Before I start intruding my ideas to everyone, I must pay my highest appreciation to my friend Xiongda de Cuihua,熊大的翠花, who gave me the registration code to participate in the community.

Some of you may wonder why I am writing this post in English. Language is the screen to ensure my valuable time can be spent on the right people. My purpose in posting is to provide helpful information to assist anyone ready to immigrate to Canada. I am not an educator, nor do I have the interest or energy to educate the general public on such a complex topic. I hope my decision will not offend my friends who are not very fluent in English.

No different from many friends here, I support the brave Chinese who have been protesting in many cities and fighting for their rights and freedom. While I greatly respect their intention to build a better China, having a reliable backup plan, such as a legal status in Canada, would be a responsible arrangement, especially for our loved ones. Therefore, as a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC), I will answer all immigration-related inquiries in this post without charges. Furthermore, for those who participated in the protests and then were persecuted by the Chinese government or its agents, my free help will be extended to meet their further needs. However, evidence is required in such cases. I hope my knowledge, professional training and work experience can help my friends somehow.

Please be aware that to satisfy section 4 of the Technical Discussion Area Rules, all friends who submit their inquiries in this post will be excluded from my fee-based immigration services indefinitely. Only questions written in English will be answered and my answers will only be in English.

Before answering all the questions, I would like to provide some helpful information to everybody.
How to find a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC)?
People can find a RCIC on the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) official website.
Who is the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC)?
The College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants is the Canada-wide regulatory authority created to protect consumers by overseeing regulated immigration and citizenship consultants and international student advisors.
Where can I find reliable Canadian immigration information?
The reliable information source is the website of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada.

Many thanks to those who read this post. I look forward to helping you in any way I can.

Sincerely,

Wei Cheng, RCIC

Rely for没刹车:
The key for a successful outcome of the program is a job. Although the program is a temporary pilot program, but both federal government and municipal governments has been showing a positive reaction on the program. I believe the program is a success and will be continued in the future. Different municipalities have different rules for employers, some have lists of eligible employers and some just require job offers from any local business. I found out that the City of Sault Ste Marie has a friendly policy on their program. I personally like this beautiful city very much.
Reply for 贵阳:
I have no experience in northern programs, and they are not very popular for neither Chinese nor people from other countries. You are right on English, in my opinion a CLB4 is the minimum requirement for people who want to immigrate to Canada. So please work hard on you language.
Reply for鸡屎果:
You question is too general to be answered. Like I mentioned in the paragraph 2, I have no interests or energy to educate someone who is not ready.

Only immigration-related questions will be answered.

The university just filed bankruptcy. Who give you the idea to apply this school? You better change your idea.

    For Joowu,
Let me introduce my situation first.
Cause I have graduated from college for more than ten years.
I am 35 years old and have a family of three. My wife, I, and my 11 year old daughter. My English level is very average and I don't have any skills.
Recent events have made me more and more disappointed with this country and more and more determined to go out.
I always think that immigrants need a lot of money and good English or have a skill.
So, I want to ask you, is it possible for me to go out? If possible, how much will it cost? And what do I need to learn? Language or skill?
Hope to get your answer, thank you!
    ------------------------------------
    You advantages:
age, some post-secondary education, family ties in China
    disadvantages:
    English, financial abilities
    Unknown factors:
your attitude towards labor intensive jobs
    Suggestions:
If you can reach IELTS 4.0 with no subject below 4.0, you may want to check the Nova Scotia’s in-demand stream. It is a treasury, many semi- skilled jobs are eligible to help you become PR within 2 years. If you language can go up to CLB5 level, you options will be increased to a new level, provinces like Manitoba, Sas, BC will open their doors to you.
If you can study in Canada, I suggest the Rural and Northern polite program. One of my clients get her PRs in 6 months after submitted her application. You may want to check my response with 没刹车, I have shared some my thoughts on the program with him.

All in all, English is critical for many people who wants to immigrant to Canada.

I appreciate your well organized inquiry and wish you all the best.

    For ghfhgk,
Thanks to the landlord, a person with no money and a basic level of English, can I go out? I have also considered the yukon area, Nunavut, and even sent a resume to mapleleaffoods, but it doesn't seem that easy. Can you give me some advice on how to hack the tour and wait for Trudeau to be exempted?
    ------------------------------------------
Different with Joowu, your attitude towards labor intensive jobs are very clear for me. I appreciate it. Please believe me, your attitude is a solid step towards to a successful journey to Canada.
My suggestion is to get your IELTS 4.0 with no subject below 4.0 first. Then take the NS in-demand program. I know a light duty cleaner position ( hotel ) is on the market, you may want to ask around on the options. You need to know the job will be stuck on a closed work permit, which means you must keep the job until you receive the PR.
Please do not underestimated the workloads for such labor intensive jobs, you may want to mentally prepare for it before your departure.

    For最后时间旅行,
Can I take the driving test in Manitoba or Ontario with a travel visa? In theory, can I get a commercial truck driver's license in six months?Thank you very much.
    -----------------------------------------------------------
Unfortunately I am not familiar with this type of immigration (Skilled Trade). I cannot give you suggestions on the program. I am sorry.
