Let me introduce my situation first.
Cause I have graduated from college for more than ten years.
I am 35 years old and have a family of three. My wife, I, and my 11 year old daughter. My English level is very average and I don't have any skills.
Recent events have made me more and more disappointed with this country and more and more determined to go out.
I always think that immigrants need a lot of money and good English or have a skill.
So, I want to ask you, is it possible for me to go out? If possible, how much will it cost? And what do I need to learn? Language or skill?

Thanks to the landlord, a person with no money and a basic level of English, can I go out? I have also considered the yukon area, Nunavut, and even sent a resume to mapleleaffoods, but it doesn't seem that easy. Can you give me some advice on how to hack the tour and wait for Trudeau to be exempted?

确实啊。特别是像雇主担保都要10几20万加币，要是给你找个不靠谱的雇主就有得罪受了。虽然加拿大的移民中介普遍都要咨询收费，但是他们的服务质量以及合同约束力肯定是没法控制的，如果客户人还在国内移民中介不靠谱总不可能去加拿大起诉吧，所以移民中介和客户的合同有多大法律效力存疑。

The university just filed bankruptcy. Who give you the idea to apply this school? You better change your idea.

Suggestions:
If you can reach IELTS 4.0 with no subject below 4.0, you may want to check the Nova Scotia’s in-demand stream. It is a treasury, many semi- skilled jobs are eligible to help you become PR within 2 years. If you language can go up to CLB5 level, you options will be increased to a new level, provinces like Manitoba, Sas, BC will open their doors to you.
If you can study in Canada, I suggest the Rural and Northern polite program. One of my clients get her PRs in 6 months after submitted her application. You may want to check my response with 没刹车, I have shared some my thoughts on the program with him.

All in all, English is critical for many people who wants to immigrant to Canada.

Different with Joowu, your attitude towards labor intensive jobs are very clear for me. I appreciate it. Please believe me, your attitude is a solid step towards to a successful journey to Canada.
My suggestion is to get your IELTS 4.0 with no subject below 4.0 first. Then take the NS in-demand program. I know a light duty cleaner position ( hotel ) is on the market, you may want to ask around on the options. You need to know the job will be stuck on a closed work permit, which means you must keep the job until you receive the PR.
Please do not underestimated the workloads for such labor intensive jobs, you may want to mentally prepare for it before your departure.

Can I take the driving test in Manitoba or Ontario with a travel visa? In theory, can I get a commercial truck driver's license in six months?Thank you very much.

My target was a university in Ontario. I had to take this school into consideration because I was worried about being rejected by all universities. Of course it is the worst choice
